RONGBAN (绒伴) is the export brand of Weixian Rongban Plush Crafts Co., Ltd., based in the Weixian Economic Development Zone, Handan, Hebei. Weixian sits on the southern Hebei plain, one of north China's traditional cotton belts, so yarn and fabric are sourced within a short radius; the villages around it have also kept alive a folk craft of sewing cloth tigers, tiger-head shoes and needle cases — nearly every village has a few women who grew up with a needle in hand. RONGBAN organised that craft. Our county factory handles pattern making, cutting, fibre filling, metal detection and final inspection, while 11 surrounding village workshops do the hand-closed seams, embroidered faces and hand-shaped filling, so every toy carries both the consistency of a production line and the warmth of handwork. On safety we do not compromise: all fabrics and trims are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, filling is virgin (never recycled) polyester fibre, and there are no azo dyes, no optical brighteners and no heavy metals. Finished goods are sent to third-party laboratories batch by batch against EN71, ASTM F963, CPSIA and ISO 8124, and every single toy passes metal detection and a pull test before it leaves the building. Since 2016 RONGBAN plush and pet toys have shipped to brand owners, gift companies and pet chains in 18 countries across Europe, North America, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia.
